The Better Access scheme provides Medicare rebates for up to 10 sessions per year. A current referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan from your doctor (GP, psychiatrist or paediatrician) is required.

Chronic Disease Management and Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Health Checks

Clients who have a chronic medical condition (e.g. asthma, cancer, diabetes) or who are Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander are eligible for rebates for 5 allied health sessions (including psychology) per year. A current GP referral is required. For Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients, this referral is completed as part of your health check.

DVA

DVA clients can access up to 12 bulk-billed psychology sessions per treatment cycle. A current GP referral is required.

We do not process private health claims on your behalf, but an invoice can be provided. The full session fee will need to be paid at the time of the appointment, so please check if the service is covered before booking an appointment.
